Accessing FCB resources from home on a Windows PC

Go to Mac Instructions

The following instructions will help you connect to your FCB directories (H:, I: and J: Drives) on a Windows PC. Before continuing, make sure you are connected to NAU VPN (vpn instructions).

1. In My Computer, select Tools, then Map Network Drive…
   
   
   
2. In the Drive box, select an available letter
   
   
   
3. In the Folder box, enter a path as shown below (substitute your user ID for ‘username’):
   • For Faculty 'H' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\faculty\username
   • For Staff 'H' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\staff\username
   • For MBA 'H' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\mba\username
   • For Undergrad 'H' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\semestercourses\username
   • For Faculty and Staff 'I' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\shared
   • For Faculty and Student 'J' Drive: \\arnor.bus.cba.nau.edu\coursework
   
   
4. Click “different user name” to bring up the following window
   
   
   
5. Enter your username as bus.cba.nau.edu\username (substitute your user ID for ‘username’)
6. Enter your password
7. Click OK, and then click the Finish button
