Each delegate is responsible for making
his or her own hotel reservation. The cost
of the hotel room is not included in the
registration fee.
Any guestroom changes,
cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s
responsibility and must be made directly
with the hotel according to the guidelines
below in order to avoid financial penalty. A
room block is being held at the Scottsdale
Marriott Suites Old Town for WACSB
Conference participants. Preferred room rate
$169.00 per night, single or double
occupancy, plus tax. To

The Scottsdale Marriott Suites
Old Town must be contacted no later than

Once a paid registration is received and
processed, a confirmation will be mailed,
faxed, or emailed to you. If you do not
receive a confirmation within two weeks
after your submission, please contact Cindy

Cancellation
Full refunds will be granted
if written cancellation notice is received
(by email or fax ONLY) by September 1, 2007.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE.
