HOTEL RESERVATIONS Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.

 

Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Scottsdale Marriott Suites Old Town for WACSB Conference participants. Preferred room rate $169.00 per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. The Scottsdale Marriott Suites Old Town must be contacted no later than September 7th, 2007 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

 

Cancellations can be made without penalty 24 hours prior to check in.  Check in time is 4PM.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION POLICY Once a paid registration is received and processed, a confirmation will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks after your submission, please contact Cindy Thompson, (928) 523-3657.

 

Cancellation
Full refunds will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) by September 1, 2007. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for a refund.
