Important E-mail Changes

The W. A. Franke College of Business has switched from our own mail server to the IRIS mail system run by NAU ITS. Here is what you need to know to connect to the new system.

1. You will use your NAU/LOUIE username and password.
2. When you click "Continue" below you will be redirected to the new IRIS Outlook Web Access site.

Important

If your NAU/LOUIE username and password is not working for the IRIS page (but does work for Louie) then your password has probably expired. Please navigate to this site and reset your password and try IRIS again. IRIS will not accept an expired password. https://middleware.nau.edu/passwordchange/
