Getting to Northern Arizona
If you are coming to one of our Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon or Page based programs, you have options for getting from Phoenix to your program site. For planning, remember that Phoenix is 120 miles from Sedona, 150 miles from Flagstaff, and 230 miles from the Grand Canyon.
- Car rental. Major national rental companies often offer weekly rates which are competitive with r/t shuttle fares, especially if two or more are traveling.
It?s a beautiful, easy 2.5 hour drive, all on the interstate to Flagstaff. The 2 hour drive to Sedona is also scenic and easy, with 105 interstate miles and 15 miles on a well traveled state highway. From Flagstaff, it takes another 1.5 hours to travel the 80 well-paved state highway miles to Grand Canyon Village or 2 hours to reach Page (Lake Powell).
- Airport ground shuttles from Phoenix to Flagstaff and Sedona are available through the day. (Prices and schedules may change; call carrier or go online for information.)
